British electronic master Bonobo, the music-making alias of Simon Green, unleashes his fourth album, and first in almost four years, Black Sands. Its a fine return, an exceptionally accomplished and mature set that, whilst not deviating far from the aesthetic Green has established over the last decade, shows how he has grown as a musician. Delicate oriental orchestral arrangements are the order of the day here, alongside big bass-heavy, jazz-tinged melodies, in the lush, Fly-Lo mould. B
